My best holidays were this year, I went to
the south of the country, the region of the “Araucania”. I went to a town named
“Curacautin” with my family, because there was the place where my mother was
raised when she was a childe. It was a very touching trip, and we had the opportunity
to know a lot of places near Curacautin, like Lonquimay, Victoria, Malalcahuello,
Lautaro, among others. We did a lot of things, the first day we arrived there,
we get lost but we found a place at the top of a hill named “Cañon del blanco”,
it was a hill full of native trees, waterfalls, and also natural hot springs.
Their water were heated by a geyser in the top of the hill, and there was a
treking path to get there. My whole family tried to get to the top, but my
father and I were the only people who arrived ¡it was so exhausting! But the
view was unspeakable. Then we went down the hill and take a bath on the hot
spring, with an amazing view, we were there since from 9pm to 12am, it was
crazy, but one of the best experiences I´ve had.
